Ingredient:

1. Lemon and Bergamot: refresh you and bring you back to the here and now

2. Eucalyptus smithii: refreshing and invigorating

Precaution:

Rosemary is unsuitable for younger children, but the content of rosemary in this blend is relatively low, precautionary should be taken for people with risk of epilepsy. Not suitable for extremely agitated persons.

Usage:

1. Inhalation: Just use one or a few drops at a time – in a diffuser or in an inhaler (max. 25 drops).

2. Massage: 1-2% for adults 

Use lower percentages for children (depending on age, from 6 years old), in case of pregnancy and for the elderly.
