Key Ingredient:

Usage: 

• Bath Soak: Dissolve about. 3 Tbsp or 45g into your bath in warm water (around 37-39C). Relax and soak for 20 minutes 1-2 times per week. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate after bath.  

• Foot Soak: Dissolve about 1.5-2 Tbsp or 25-30g into warm water enough to cover your foot (ideal to cover calf as well). Relax and soak for 30 minutes 1-2 times per week. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate after bath. 

• Dissolve about 1-2 Tbsp or 15-30g of salts into 3 litres of warm water. Pour the warm water completely over your body.  

• Sitz Bath (to relieve discomfort in the genital & anus area): Dissolve about 1-2 Tbsp or 15-30g into warm water enough to soak your intimate area. Sit for 15-20 minutes 1-2 times per day 2-3 times per week until the condition is improved.
