Problem With An Order
All goods sold are not
refundable and exchangeable,
if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at orders@actionwellness.com.hk within 3 days upon receipt. Action Wellness do not accept
return beyond this period, and we reserve the final right to interpret the
terms and conditions herein.
- For damaged goods,
please send us an email with proof (i.e. photo), our customer service team will
look into it, and get back to you within 5 working days.
- For missing goods, please send us an email. We will send back the goods to you as soon as possible upon confirmation.
- For the faulty item, please send us an email. We will arrange collection and ship the correct item(s) to you as soon as possible.
