Delivery Information

For local (Hong Kong) purchase, delivery to a commercial address is free with a minimum order of HKD800 (after discount) or more. Orders under HKD800 incur a delivery fee based on weight. The cost can be viewed on the check-out page. Our courier is S. F. Express. Orders cannot be delivered to a Post Office box. Surcharges will be applied to recipients for residential addresses and remote areas by S.F. Express.

If your order includes ‘out of stock’ or ‘by request’ item(s), your package will be sent in 2 separate shipments. All in-stock items will be included in the 1st shipment. 2nd shipment will be dispatched when the remaining items are back in stock. Shipping costs will be charged only once. The order lead time for ‘out of stock’ or ‘by request’ item is around 1-2 months.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped, the email will include all tracking information related to your order. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

We do not accept self-pickup. If you wish to pick up in person, we will send to one of S.F. Express Service Centres that is convenient for you.
